If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and an unedited unboxing video.
The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and continue without pauses or edits until the product is fully removed and inspected. The product and the issue being reported should be clearly visible in the video.
Claims submitted without an unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Once the issue is verified, Ruchira will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return shipping instructions, where applicable, will be shared only after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
If a return to Ruchira is required after claim approval, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise communicated by Ruchira.
Customers are advised to use a reliable and trackable shipping service when returning approved items. Ruchira is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
